Below are the main interview screening levels which may vary from client to client. 1. Initial Screening Client will assign you on a task to think and solve problems of the type you will be assigned to. 2. Technical Interviews or Programming You will be interviewed on your experience, expectations, and real-life scenarios. You will be met remotely or in their offices 3. Lead/HR/Management Interviews ● Leaders shall have a detailed discussion on the skills and projects worked on by the candidate to assess the technical capabilities. ● The HR shall interview on behavioural and HR aspects to assess the fitment ● The Management round will be a quick chat with to get to know about each other before starting the work. 4. Offer & Starting New Role You will be welcomed by your new employer to the organization and will be inducted to the new role & team.
